Harris Park Founder Chris Harris has achieved the initial part of his dream – a golf course, green space, and a sports & activity center in the heart of the urban core of Kansas city.

Chris has also acquired some homes in Harris Park that he currently rents for very affordable rates to his neighbors. Chris’s vision is to rapidly accelerate this approach to provide more affordable housing to his community.

Chris has acquired 14 parcels adjacent to his golf course and park – Chris is ready to build affordable homes on these lots.

Additionally, Harris Park has within a 3 block radius dozens of parcels/properties that can be acquired and converted to affordable housing.
